THE Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon in Britain, whose doors have been closed for 3 1/2 years for a 112.8 million-pound (S$234 million) refurbishment, will reopen in November, said The Guardian.

When it does, according to the Royal Shakespeare Company's artistic director, Mr Michael Boyd, the revamped theatre will provide "the best auditorium for performing Shakespeare anywhere".
