my paper

I REFER to the feedback from Ms Teo Wei Ni, "Poor delivery service from Speedpost" (Dec 2, my paper).

We apologise to Ms Teo for not having delivered her parcel as scheduled and also for not following up promptly, thereby causing her inconvenience and anxiety.

We have since counselled the staff concerned and reminded them about the importance of providing prompt and accurate follow-up.

We will be monitoring the situation closely. Ms Teo has since collected her item.

Ms Patsie Tan, Senior Manager of Corporate Communications Singapore Post
