KUALA LUMPUR: The case of Pedra Branca took a twist when the issue of Johor's jurisdiction over its territorial seas was raised in a letter by Kelantan prince Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah to the Foreign Minister.

'I hope the government will refrain from making any further statement or participating in technical discussions with Singapore on these matters,' he said in the letter.
