NEW DELHI, INDIA: Satellite telephone intercepts. Details of markings on seized grenades. Tailoring labels on clothes found in the abandoned vessel that brought the terrorists to Mumbai. The interrogation report of the lone gunman captured alive and an offer to provide his DNA sample as well as that of the nine terrorists who were killed by security forces.
These and other details have been handed to Pakistan and several nations, including Singapore, as the authorities in India sought to bring global pressure on Pakistan to act against the people who organised the late November attack on Mumbai.
The decision to hand the lengthy dossier to governments around the world signals New Delhi's determination to mount pressure on its neighbour to crack down on the terrorist groups operating from its soil.
