Man faces 3 charges for vandalism outside Parliament

THE man who allegedly scribbled words on a display wall outside Parliament House appeared in a district court yesterday to face three charges of vandalism.

Koh Chan Meng, 47, who is jobless, was charged with vandalising the wall twice on Tuesday, and a third time on Wednesday afternoon - when he got caught doing it.

His offences carry mandatory caning upon conviction.
