THE owner of a dog that attacked three young children in Serangoon Gardens earlier this year was charged in a magistrate's court yesterday.

Terri Chua Teck Hee, 45, is accused of being the owner of a mongrel named Monmon, which bit a five-year-old French boy on his left hand and lower back at Tavistock Park on Jan 27.

An eight-year-old boy was also left with bruises and an abrasion on his right ankle, while his 10-year-old school friend had a puncture wound on the right forearm and an abrasion on his buttocks.
