TIMELY STRESS ON NEW GROWTH STRATEGY

'Among the most interesting outcomes from the Singapore summit is the Apec acknowledgment of the need for a new growth paradigm. Countries in the region, as the Singapore Prime Minister put it, 'cannot go back to growth as usual' as global recovery is not yet on solid footing.
