A TEENAGE runaway couple's escapade ended in drama yesterday, when the young man survived a 10-storey fall off a Tampines block.

The 19-year-old and his 13-year-old girlfriend had been on the move for six days and had boasted that they could not be caught.

But two plainclothes policemen spotted the pair chatting with a friend at a void deck in Tampines and approached them. When one of the officers showed his police pass, the pair bolted.
