Convenient cross-border cash withdrawal

Singapore OCBC Bank customers no longer have to worry about running out of cash when in Malaysia - they can get cash in a hurry from more than 2,800 ATMs.

In addition to OCBC Malaysia ATMs, they can also withdraw cash from the ATMs of AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank and RHB Bank.

This is made possible through OCBC's tie-up with Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd (NETS) and its counterpart in Malaysia, Malaysian Electronic Payment System (1997) Sdn Bhd (MEPS).

OCBC Bank is the only bank in Singapore so far to offer this convenient cross-border cash withdrawal service through the NETS-MEPS partnership.

In line with OCBC's dedication to service excellence and convenience through innovative e-channel solutions, this new initiative means that the bank's customers no longer have to carry bulky cash when they travel to Malaysia, so they can have peace of mind and less worry about security.

Besides convenience, OCBC Customers will be pleased to know that this cross-border cash withdrawal solution is the most affordable compared to others in the market which can range between S$5 to S$20 per transaction.

So if you are an OCBC Customer, and if you ever run out of cash the next time you are in Malaysia, don't panic, just look for any ATM that bears the NETS logo.
