Dear Sir;

I visited Singapore 2 weeks ago and found that Singapore River is pretty dirty when I strolled along the bank of the river with my friends.

I was there during Chinese New Year in February this year and recalled that the river was clean.

Understood some constructions are nearby; however, will the authority be taking some measures to maintain the reputation as a clean city in the world?
