Preferential treatment @ DFS
>I am writing in to comment about the incident which I had encountered in DFS yesterday. After my family finished shopping, we went to the tax rebate counter to do all the necessary documentation for tax rebate. As we are queuing up for our turn, there was a group of China tourists which didn't border to queue up, they just went to the counter to do their documentation. Surprisingly, instead of asking them to queue up, the staff helped them to process all the documentation.

This is the second time I have encountered this kind of problem at DFS. The first time it happened was when we queued up for some lucky draw game, then this group of China tourists just jumped queue and when I politely asked them to queue up, they replied rudely to me that they were in a rush. Doesn't mean that you are in rush, you can just jump queue. Anyway, in the end they still didn't queue up. They just ignored us and continued their game.

I think the DFS doesn't have a very good customer service system. How can the staff there allow anyone to just jump queue. It is really unfair to those who queue up. I hope the authority will improve on their service quality.

Thanks.
