Nibble on: Croscini bread, made by thinly slicing a baguette that has been baked with Italian herbs, sea salt and olive oil. The loaf is baked in-house and diners are allowed to take away bread that they are unable to finish.

Nibble on: A free flow of warm country bread, sour dough or walnut bread. The bread is made by the group's pastry shop, Canele Patisserie Chocolaterie, located at Robertson Walk and Paragon. Prices start from $5.50 for a 500g loaf.
Nibble on: Herb bread sticks with parsley pesto; focaccia bread with herbs and sun-dried tomatoes sprinkled in. The bread is baked in-house and though the hotel does not sell it, a spokesman said this could be arranged.
