Potential diners log on to Ko's website, create an account, register with a credit card and take a shot at finding an empty space in the tiny 12-seater on a bingo-like grid. Seats are released at 10 am every day. Only a few have succeeded at eating at Ko, with its US$85 (S$115) French and Asian tasting menu.
