Ingredients
- 1 Pear (quartered and cored)
- Brie cheese, 10g
- Semi dried tomatoes, 3 pc
- Walnuts, 5 pc
- Mesclun mixed salad, 10g or a handful
- Salt and pepper to taste
Honey-mustard dressing:
- Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon
- White wine vinegar, 5ml
- Olive oil, 15ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
Note: Whisk all ingredients thoroughly.
Method
1. Roast quartered pear in oven at 180 degree celsius for 5 mins.
2. Toss pear, brie, semi dried tomatoes and mesclun salad with honey-mustard dressing.
3. Arrange neatly on plate, scatter the walnuts over it and serve.
