Oven roasted pear with brie cheese, walnuts and semi-dried tomatoes tossed in honey-mustard dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear (quartered and cored)
  • Brie cheese, 10g
  • Semi dried tomatoes, 3 pc
  • Walnuts, 5 pc
  • Mesclun mixed salad, 10g or a handful
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Honey-mustard dressing:

  • Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon
  • White wine vinegar, 5ml
  • Olive oil, 15ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Note: Whisk all ingredients thoroughly.

Method

1. Roast quartered pear in oven at 180 degree celsius for 5 mins.

2. Toss pear, brie, semi dried tomatoes and mesclun salad with honey-mustard dressing.

3. Arrange neatly on plate, scatter the walnuts over it and serve.
