2 ZESPRI GOLD or ZESPRI GREEN Kiwifruit peeled and sliced
Method
Wipe the fish and divide in 4 equal portions.
Combine the soy, lightly crushed sesame seeds, spring onions, pepper and sesame oil.
Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Dip the fish in the soy sauce combination then fry the fish until cooked, about 3-4 minutes each side.
Add the ZESPRI kiwifruit to the pan to heat through for a few seconds.
