Korean fried fish with kiwifruit

Ingredients

  • 500 g skinned and boned fillets of fish
  • 2 tablespoons each: soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, finely chopped spring
  • (green/scullion) onions
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons soy oil
  • 2 ZESPRI GOLD or ZESPRI GREEN Kiwifruit peeled and sliced

Method

  1. Wipe the fish and divide in 4 equal portions.
  2. Combine the soy, lightly crushed sesame seeds, spring onions, pepper and sesame oil.
  3. Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Dip the fish in the soy sauce combination then fry the fish until cooked, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Add the ZESPRI kiwifruit to the pan to heat through for a few seconds.
  5. Serve the fish topped with the ZESPRI Kiwifruit.
