Ingredients
- 500 g skinned and boned fillets of fish
- 2 tablespoons each: soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, finely chopped spring
- (green/scullion) onions
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1-2 tablespoons soy oil
- 2 ZESPRI GOLD or ZESPRI GREEN Kiwifruit peeled and sliced
Method
- Wipe the fish and divide in 4 equal portions.
- Combine the soy, lightly crushed sesame seeds, spring onions, pepper and sesame oil.
- Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Dip the fish in the soy sauce combination then fry the fish until cooked, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Add the ZESPRI kiwifruit to the pan to heat through for a few seconds.
- Serve the fish topped with the ZESPRI Kiwifruit.
