Brazil BBQ meats stand out in international spread
AT THIS hotel lobby restaurant, the international buffet dinner (Mon-Thurs: $45; Fri-Sun: $50) spread truly lives up to its name.
Over and above the typical Chinese, Japanese, seafood and Western fare, you'll also find Brazilian barbecued meats.
Just like a typical churrascaria - a Brazilian steakhouse - you'll get passadors, or meat waiters, coming up to your table with knives and skewers of various cuts of meats.
At CafeBiz, there's a choice of lamb, beef and chicken wings, all of which are tasty and freshly barbecued. There's also the pineapple that's grilled just right, making it slightly crispy yet very sweet and juicy.
On the self-serve buffet table, go straight for the stir-fried lamb cooked with peppers and capsicums.
Plus, don't forget the fresh salad bar, which offers wonderfully fresh greens. The selection here goes beyond your staple romaine and iceberg lettuce too. Expect to find aromatic arugula leaves too, which I simply adore.
Verdict: Go for the Brazilian barbecued meats and lush salad bar.
One person dines free with every two paying adults for buffet lunch (weekdays) and buffet dinner (Sundays to Thursdays).
