Made for the office

Office 365 ProPlus puts powerful office productivity tools into the hands of the information worker for an affordable monthly subscription.

Designed for the business user in mind, Office 365 ProPlus comes with Lync and InfoPath in addition to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Access - software found in the Office 365 Home Premium suite, which is more for home users.

Lync lets you create multi-party videoconferencing in high definition with your colleagues, business partners and just about anyone. It works with the public videoconferencing software Skype. InfoPath is great for creating quality forms for your company.

While Windows RT devices, such as the Surface, come pre-installed with Office Home and Student 2013, this consumer version is not licensed to be used by businesses. But once you have Office 365 ProPlus, the consumer software can be legitimately used for commercial purposes.

In addition, many of the software tools in Office 365 ProPlus come with enhanced features which are not found in the Office 365 Home Premium. For instance, business intelligence tools in Excel 2013, such as enhanced pivot tables, as well as data management rights in Outlook, are available only in the ProPlus version.

Office 365 ProPlus costs US$12 (S$15) per user per month as compared with S$138 for a year's subscription for Office 365 Home Premium. Both versions let each user install five copies of the software in PC and Mac computers and another five copies in mobile devices which run on Windows Phone, Android or iOS.

Office 365 - the solution for businesses of all sizes and needs.
