A Balinese couple, I Wayan Setiawan, 39, and Ni Nengah Ardani, 34, are reported to have gone missing while on holiday in Malaysia last month.

Bali Police spokesperson Sr. Comr. Hery Wiyanto told The Jakarta Post on Tuesday that the couple from Banjar Malet Tengah, Kampung Tiga, in Bangli regency, around 50 kilometers from Denpasar, had last contacted their family in Bali on Feb. 19, when they were in Johor, Malaysia.

"They began a tour to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand on Feb. 15," Hery revealed.

Hery said that police had questioned a number of witnesses and coordinated with the international relations division of the National Police, and were cooperating with Interpol to find the missing couple.
