20 funny copycat brands in China

They say imitation is the best form of flattery.

Various copycat products, from toys to sports wear, tablet PCs to fast food chains, and even a foreign town show different permutations of imitation of the real thing in China.

Although they seem imaginative, one can't help but be tickled by the twists.

Turn the 'M' in Omega upside down, and you'll get Owega.

Wanna go for a Hike? Just drop the 'N' in Nike, and replace it with an 'H'.

There were a few distortions of the Adidas sportwear logo and name. The poorest attempt is a curiously named 'dasabi'. Maybe the adopter didn't want to get sued for violating copyrights.
