Catfight on Thailand street as motorcyclist attacks car driver

A video circulating on Facebook shows an angry female motorcyclist attacking and beating up another woman through a car window in the middle of a busy Thailand road.

From the clip, it is unclear what had happened to spark the fight.

According to English-language tabloid site Coconuts Bangkok, the woman had driven her red car "too close" to the motorcycle, which had apparently driven through the narrow space between lanes.

The motorcyclist then stopped her bike in front of the car to block it, before confronting the driver.

In the video, the motorcyclist can be heard yelling and swearing at the woman driver. She also repeatedly punches her through the open car window and seemingly tries to drag her out of the car.

The attacker appears to be with a male companion, who is wearing a white jacket, but he merely stands aside and watches as she continues to fight with the other woman.

The fight is eventually broken up by a traffic police officer.

Both women were subsequently brought to a local police station, and the motorcyclist was charged with physical assault and destruction of property, Coconuts Bangkok reported.

The one-and-a-half minute clip has been viewed over 465,000 times since it appeared on Facebook on July 1.
