Chinese couple's nude wedding photos condemned by netizens

A set of wedding photos shot in Zhangjiajie, a famous scenic district in Hunan province has gone viral online - because the couple posed for them naked.

The photos, which show the couple posing nude in front of many spectacular mountain peaks and waterfalls that make up this scenic area in Hunan, have been condemned by many users on the internet.

According to Shanghaiist, the photos have been slammed as being "distasteful" and "immoral."

Nevertheless, there are those who consider the photos to be quite artistic.

SinaEnglish reports that some netizens believe that it's a "tacky promotion by Zhangjiajie masquarading as art".

This is the second set of controversial wedding photos that have gone viral in the space of a week.

Last week a couple in Wenzhou set tongues wagging with a sexy pre-wedding photo shoot, also sparking a wave of online controversy.
