Four killed, 27 injured in Cambodia crackdown

PHNOM PENH - As of this afternoon, four protesters were killed and 27 injured in a violent crackdown against protesters in front of Canadia Industry Park in the suburb of Phnom Penh, according to a police source.

The bodies of the victims were sent to Khmer-Soviet Frienship Hospital. The 27 injured were sent to two different state-run hospitals, Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital and Preah Kossamak Hospital, the source said.

The source also said that at least 11 other protesters were arrested.
