Human punching bag earns $16,900 monthly to get beaten

Nanyang Siang Pau reported that "human sandbag" Xie Shui-Ping from Chongqing, China, earned up to 80,000 yuan (S$16,960) a month for taking punches.

He started the business which he believed was a way to transfer positive energy to his customers.

He charged five yuan for three punches several years ago. However, the price has since gone up to 20,000 yuan.

There is only one rule - no weapon is allowed and one can only punch his abdomen.

If Xie takes a single step back when he is punched, the customer gets to enjoy the service for free. If he retreats with both legs, he is considered defeated and he has to pay the customer instead.

However, it was not stated in the report how much Xie had to pay.

Xie staged seven shows in October and made about 80,000 yuan.
