A female member of the SWAT team in Xinjiang, China has been making waves online with her good looks.
According to an article in news.qq.com, Dilraba hopes that she can deliver a positive message through her story.
In 2012, she wanted to join Xinjiang's anti-terrorism team after graduating from Xinjiang's police college.
However, she wasn't able to because there were no openings for female candidates that year. Instead, she joined the SWAT team in the Kaxgar Prefecture. It wasn't what she'd dreamed for, but it was a start.
She said: "I learned a lot during my time in the police college. I like to challenge my weaknesses."
Dilraba's parents initially told her that women should stay at home and take care of the family, although eventually they came around and supported her decision.
