Sabah quake: Missing Japanese in Sabah quake believed to be identified

BANGKOK - A Japanese man who went missing in Malaysia after an earthquake on Friday hit the Borneo state of Sabah is believed to be Masahiro Ozaki, the state authority said Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Consular Office of Japan in Kota Kinabalu said it received a report the same day from the state that a body believed to be that of a Japanese man was found.

The consular office is in the process of confirming the identity of the body.
