WATCH: Cool down with Tokyo's hunkiest dessert servers

One of the best ways to beat the summer heat is to keep yourself cool - and what better way to do so by sipping on some tasty shaved ice served by scantily clad, super-tanned, all-smiles-and-muscles hunks?

Two performers of the Japanese showbiz-entertainment group Macho 29 served refreshing cups of kakigori, a typical shaved ice dessert topped off with syrup and flavoured powder, in Tokyo on Tuesday (Aug 15).

The pair was seen preparing the treat by first shaving the ice, then topping it with flavoured syrup, and a protein flavour. The duo then added some more shaved ice and added some extra syrup much to the delight of onlooking customers, showing off in the meantime their best bodybuilding poses.

Kakigori is usually sold as a street food at festivals, but can also be found in convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

For all those who wondered, Macho 29 performers just started producing and selling the dessert in Tokyo, as their main spectacles revolve around singing songs and dancing.
