A woman attempted to sneak some durian flesh into an aircraft but was stopped by officers at the security checkpoint at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Sin Chew Daily reported.

The woman, known only as Wen, was asked to open her box when the officers smelled something strange.

Wen then said there were mangoes in the box but the officers requested her to open it.

It reported that half a box of durian flesh was found inside and the officer then suggested that she eat it before boarding the plane.
