SINGAPORE - A total of 19 sites have been listed on the confirmed list of the Industrial Government Land Sales(IGLS)Programme, the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) said today.
Along with three other sites on the reserve list, these sites were announced as part of the IGLIS for the second half of 2013.
The programme is aimed at moderating industrial land prices and meeting potential demand for industrial land in Singapore.
The total site area of these plots is 22.84ha.
Among the sites, there are some smaller sites with shorter and lower-priced tenures.
Of the sites on the confirmed list, 14 are located at Tuas South, while three are at Gambas Crescent and the remaining two are in Tai Seng Street and Woodlands Industrial Park.
The three sites on the reserve list are located at Woodlands Avenue 12, Tuas Bay Close and Gambas Crescent.
