4 bids received for residential site at Sims Drive

SINGAPORE - The Housing & Development Board (HDB) received 4 bids for a residential land parcel at Sims Drive on Tuesday as tender closed at 12 noon.
The higest bidder was First Changi Development Pte Ltd, who offered a tender price of approximately $530.8 million or $7,404.31 per sq m.
Other bidders were from Verwood Holdings Pte. Ltd., Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd.; Far East Civil Engineering (Pte.) Limited, FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd. and Sekisui House, Ltd.; and Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd.
HDB said that the decision on the award of the tender will be announced at a later date after the bids have been evaluated.
The land parcel is about 23,900.1 sq m and can potentially yield about 900 dwelling units.
