SINGAPORE - A Faber Walk residential site with a 99-year lease term drew the highest bid of $156.7 million at the close of its tender on June 18.
In total, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) received 18 bids for the 162,808 sq ft site.
The highest bid came from World Class Land, while Vantage Properties put in the lowest bid, at $110.8 million.
