AXA Singapore will offer Integrated Shield Plans from May 1

Insurance provider AXA will begin offering its Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) to customers from May 1.
In a statement released today (March 30), AXA's application to offer three new Medisave-approved IPs was accepted by the Ministry of Health.
The three plans under AXA Life Insurance Singapore are titled AXA Shield Plan A, AXA Shield Plan B and AXA Shield Standard Plan.
The new standard B1 integrated shield plan is meant to provide people who want private treatment but hope to get it at more affordable rates.
AXA is the sixth insurer to offer such plans in Singapore.
