A plot of industrial land at Woodlands Avenue 12 drew muted bids at the close of the tender on Tuesday, which could be partly due to its large size.

TENDER CLOSING FOR INDUSTRIAL SITE AT WOODLANDS AVENUE 12

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the industrial site at Woodlands Avenue 12 today.

The site at Woodlands Avenue 12 was launched for public tender on 29 April 2014. The site was offered for sale on a 30-year lease.

Please see Annex A for details of the site and tender bids received.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
