The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Coronation Road to Athens Residential Development for $366 million.
The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site, which has an area of 37,440.7 metre square.
Tender for the residential site was launched on March 28 and closed on June 20. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
