The tender for a Woodlands Avenue 6 / Woodlands Drive 16 land parcel was awarded to Opal Star Pte. Ltd & Binjai Holdings Pte. Ltd. on Oct 16 at the tender price of $150,180,000.
The land parcel is zoned for executive condominium housing and has a site area of 16,505.40 sq m with a maximum gross foot area of 46,215.12 sq m.
It is expected to yield 465 dwelling units with a lease term of 99 years.
The tender was launched on Aug 23.
