Expect moderate property price rise

SINGAPORE - With the Singapore economy's productive potential expected to be smaller in the medium term, Credit Suisse said in a report yesterday that there could be more-moderate capital gains for property.

This is because, historically, when the productive potential of the economy gets larger, property prices also rise.
