SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the food and beverage site at Punggol Point to Fragrance Group Limited. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
Tender for the food and beverage site was launched on Dec 4 and closed on Feb 26. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 15-year lease term.
The site is zoned for Food and Beverage use and has a site area of 11,606.6 sq m. It has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 3,000 sq m with a tendered price of $11,368,800.
