SINGAPORE - He's known for chart-topping music and trend-setting style, and today, South Korea's G-Dragon has earned himself a new accolade in the Forbes "30 under 30 Asia" list.

The new list features 300 young innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders across Asia in 10 categories who are under the age of 30, and are already transforming their industries in huge ways.

Those on the list include Singapore entrepreneur Pocket Sun, 24; 9GAG co-founders Derek Chan, 29, Chris Chan,28, and Brian Yu, 27; as well as Sydney supermodel Jessica Hart, 29, who has walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and founded her own makeup brand called LUMA Cosmetics.

These young examples of excellence were handpicked for the list by leaders in their fields including KENZO Founder Kenzo Takada, Singaporean film director Anthony Chen, Chairman of Chaudhary Group Binod Chaudhary and Hollywood actress Michelle Yeoh.

The criteria needed to make the list include leadership and disruption in their field; entrepreneurial mind-set and results; and the likelihood of changing their field over the next half-century.

Forbes will be holding the first "Under 30 Summit Asia" event in Singapore on May 19, in conjunction with Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.
