Ghim Moh 5-room flat sold for $948,888 in Feb

SINGAPORE - A five-room flat at Ghim Moh Link has been sold for $948,888, according to data published on the Housing Development Board (HDB) website.

The flat at Block 28 was sold this month and is located somewhere between the 34th floor and the 36th floor.

According to The Edge, the flat has an area of 1,216 sq ft, and is the first resale flat in Queenstown to cross the $900,000 mark in 2016.

In December, two other flats at Block 22 and Block 28 Ghim Moh Link were sold for $955,000 and $930,000 respectively.

The estate is a 10-minute walk away from Buona Vista MRT and The Star Vista shopping mall.

It is also less than 10 minutes away from Holland Village by car.

Schools nearby include Henry Park Primary School, Fairfield Methodist Primary, and Anglo Chinese Junior College.

Over in Boon Keng, a 5-room DBSS unit was sold at $928,000 in February. According to the HDB website, the unit is located somewhere on the 19th to 21st floors of Block 9.

This is the highest transaction price for resale flats in the City View @ Boon Keng DBSS estate in the past 12 months.

In January, another 5-room flat at Block 8 was sold for $855,000, while a high-floor 4-room flat at Block 9 sold for $880,000.
