HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, Sept. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- A Vietnamese student, Dang Toan Minh Chi, who has recently gained undergraduate admission into Harvard University, started a blog site to share with parents and students about her journey, including her admission preparation at the Leadership and Management Institute (LMI). First of its kind in Asia, her site reveals the 'know-hows' of her journey to admission into Harvard.
Chi started her own blog, BeLikeChi.com, to inspire other Vietnamese on her academic journey. Her impetus comes from her observation that many of her high school classmates may have the same dilemma as her.
Chi expressed, "It is my mom who taught me that no amount of intelligence can replace hard work. I hold dear to that principle, and apply it in my studies. Diligent as I am, I would never have dreamt of getting into Harvard. If I can do it, so can you!"
Besides sharing her personal journey, her blog aims to provide information 'from the inside' to turn one's Harvard aspiration into action. Relevant topics include:
- How to prepare for admission
- Debunking myths on college admissions
- Where to go for coaching and support
Chi credits her turning point in her admission preparation to Leadership and Management Institute. She built up an impressive personal statement, admission essay and critical reading and writing skills which eventually led to her getting admitted into Harvard.
Amidst her busy schedule as a Harvard student, Chi finds time to regularly share her experience with other inspiring Vietnamese on her blog site BeLikeChi.com.
Belikechi is a blog site where Chi shares her experience to gain admission and on her academic journey in Harvard. Chi hopes to inspire more Vietnamese to join her at Harvard.
