SINGAPORE - The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has awarded the public housing development contract at Woodlands Crescent and Woodlands Rise to Tiong Seng Holdings Limited.
The contract, worth $204,505, involves the construction of 11 blocks of 14-/16-storey residential buildings together with two blocks of multi-storey carpark, commercial/community facilities and a precinct pavilion for the project.
By using top-tier industry precast construction technology, the company hopes to reduce on-site labour requirement by as much as 30 per cent, it said in a statement to the media.
Other projects that Tiong Siong had constructed include Punggol Waterway Terraces I & II.
