SINGAPORE - The Straits Times has reported that Lake Life executive condominium (EC) has sold 98 per cents of units within two days of its launch.
The project, launched yesterday, has sold 534 out of its 546 unit.
The newspaper said that the EC sold 95 per cent of units on the first day.
Prices ranged from $799 psf to $930 psf, it said, with an average of $685,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $984,000 for a three-bedroom premium unit.
Jurong Lake District, which Lake Life is in, is part of the Government's plan to decentralise commercial activities, and is due for a major overhaul.
