More find Gen Y hardest to retain

SINGAPORE - Some 59 per cent of chief financial officers and finance directors find Generation Y to be the most challenging to retain, compared to 17 per cent for Generation X and 13 per cent for Baby Boomers.

This is based on a Robert Half survey that polled 150 people at the end of last year.
