New SRX Property Magazine to launch this Saturday

SINGAPORE - Is 2016 a good time to buy property? Why is Novena more attractive than Orchard from an investment standpoint?

These questions and more will be addressed in the SRX Property Magazine, a new quarterly print and digital publication that will provide readers with fact-based property content and analysis, unique reference guides and expert opinions.

It is a joint project by the StreetSine Technology Group, which operates real estate portal SRX Property, and its majority shareholder Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

A digital version of the magazine's inaugural issue of the magazine will be available free to all readers on SPH websites including AsiaOne, ST Digital, BT Digital and Lianhe Zaobao this Saturday (Mar 5).

StreetSine will also distribute the print issue of the magazine as an insert to The Straits Times, and will be delivered to 100,000 households in Singapore's prime districts.

Meanwhile, a Chinese-language digital version of the magazine will be available on Lianhe Zaobao next Monday (Mar 7).

SRX Property co-founder and chief executive officer Sam Baker said: "Singapore is quickly becoming one of the most vibrant commercial and property hubs in Asia. We hope this magazine will help homeowners, investors and other property enthusiasts better understand and monitor the market."

He added that the magazine's availability in print and digital formats caters to the different ways readers consume information.
