SINGAPORE - Executive condominium Ecopolitan attracted more than 1,000 applications over the past 10 days as its e-application period concluded yesterday.
The EC, developed by Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte. Ltd. (Qingjian), was over-subscribed by 2 times and has achieved the highest number of applications in 2013.
It is located just an eight-minute walk to the Punggol MRT station, bus interchange and the future Waterway Point.
