The Board of Directors of Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that the Group has been awarded a S$128.0 million contract by the Housing & Development Board ("HDB") for the building works at Sembawang Neighbourhood 3 Contract 8 and Park.
The contract comprises the construction of 6 blocks of 16/17-storey residential buildings (total : 1,178 dwelling units) with multi-storey car park, commercial/community facilities, precinct pavilions and park. The construction period is approximately 36 months.
The contract is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2014.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
