South Sumatra Province Education Institution Applies Online Learning System with Quipper Education

Quipper Indonesia signed a partnership MoU with South Sumatra Province Education Institution to improve education quality and teachers' competence

The MoU signing between Quipper and South Sumatra Province Education Institution was done at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang, South Sumatra. It was signed by Co-Country Manager Quipper Indonesia, Yuta Funase and Head of South Sumatra Province Education Institution, Drs. Widodo, M.Pd. The MoU signing signifies that Quipper has undertaken with 50 Education Institutions at the Provincial and City / District level throughout Indonesia in total. This MoU signing was attended by approximately 50 high school teachers in Palembang.

The partnership between South Sumatra Province Education Institution and Quipper Indonesia is expected to improve the quality of human resources in South Sumatra Province Education Institution through utilization of Information Technologu and Communication (TIK)," stated Drs. Widodo, M.Pd, Head of South Sumatra Province Education Institution.

This partnership will take place during the academic year 2017-2018 where Quipper will help to empower the educational ecosystem in South Sumatera with training, trials and guidance to students, teachers and schools in South Sumatra. As an integral part of education, Quipper will assist teachers by organizing e-learning training using Quipper School, an online platform that empowers teachers and student throughout Indonesia. This training is intended to introduce teaching effectivity by using technology. Thus, it will help to increase teachers' competence in facing the digital era. Quipper will also assist the South Sumatra Provincial Education Institution in preparing their students to face the UN and SBMPTN by providing free Quipper Video trials, which will be conducted in stages with the guidance from Quipper Indonesia Team.
