SINGAPORE - The tender for the residential site at Prince Charles Crescent has been closed by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) today. It was launched for sale by public tender on August 23.

URA said in a statement that it had accepted a successful application for the site to be put up for sale on July 30 this year. It was originally on the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales Programme.

It is zoned for residential development and has a site area of 23,785.4 sq m. It has a maximum permissible gross feet area of 49,950 sq m.

The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
