Despite losing market share and suffering from tumbling stocks in 2012, Apple has again made it to the top of the Fortune World's Most Admired list for the 6th consecutive year.

Corporate admiration appears to have remained high as the company continues to bring in high profits with its consumer appeal, with many of its products selling out in a matter of days.
Other most admired companies include FedEx, which has been in the top 20 since 2001, and Google, which is famous for being one of the world's best employers as well as generating billions of dollars from products like YouTube.
The Fortune survey measures nine attributes related to financial performance and corporate reputation.
The list, which has been compiled by the magazine since 1997, identifies the business practices that make these companies both the most highly regarded and successful in the world.
