Two property shows in town

If you're looking into investing in a property in India and to take advantage of the depreciating rupee, now could be the time.

Two property shows are being held in Singapore this weekend.

The two shows are The Indian Property Fair and a display of the latest offering from Sobha Developers Limited.

The Indian Property Fair will host a group of well-known developers such as Ireo, Vatika Group, Supertech, Experion, Regal Emporia, World Trade Centre Noida, Wave City Centre, Adani Group, Puravankara Projects Limited, Mantri Developers, QVC Realty, Gold Souk Group, Raheja Developers and Ocus Group.

They will be showcasing properties and investment options in Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Jaipur, Punjab and more. The Indian Property Fair will he held at the Singapore Swimming Club on March 9 and 10 (10am to 8pm).

Known for its elegant design and modern architecture, Sobha Developers is also showcasing residential developments in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Kerala, Mysore and Pune at its show.

The company has to its credit 83 real estate projects across 22 cities in India.

One of their most noted works is the sprawling Infosys Global Education Centre II in Mysore.

Sobha Developers' property exhibition will be held at the Raffles Convention Centre on March 9 and 10 (10am to 8pm) and at One Raffles Place on March 11 (10am to 6pm).
