Realising the Rustic Coast Proposals for Punggol Point
Punggol Point has been envisioned as a rustic coastal recreation destination with activities and attractions to enhance its unique waterfront location. With the opening of Punggol Promenade, Punggol Point Park and the North-Eastern Park Connector Network, Punggol Point today is a popular destination for residents and visitors alike.
Hence, the release of the subject site for a food and beverage development will complement existing and upcoming attractions in the area such as the horse-riding centre and the development of Coney Island as a regional park.
The future eating & recreation outlet with 3,000 sqm of Gross Floor Area (GFA) will also serve the residents and visitors in the area and contribute to the overall vision of Punggol Point as a key recreation destination. The site will be sold with a lease term of 15 years.
